founder & master craftsman

Logan Pai‘ea White, founder of Pai‘ea Millwrights, was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. After graduating from Punahou School, he studied fine arts at the University of Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

His early work in a Colorado sawmill gave him hands-on experience with timber processing and industrial equipment, sparking a lifelong passion for woodcraft.

In 1997, Logan returned to Hawai‘i and founded Pai‘ea Millwrights, focusing on custom furniture, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork. By 2002, he established his own workshop, where he continues to design and build with precision and artistry.

With over 30 years of experience, Logan is dedicated to creating woodwork that is both timeless and deeply connected to Hawai‘i’s natural beauty.
